MISSING BLACK PLAGUE MICE
By Elaine Meinel Supkis
As usual, we are the agents of our own possible destruction. Back when the black plague came roaring out of the hinterlands of Central Asia to eliminate one third of humanity, this was Mother Nature clearing the decks, using her usual tools. After all, viruses have been around since nearly the very beginning of Life on Earth. Their toils, the colonization of all possible ecological niches, has been an ongoing battle which they win pretty regularily if not always. What looks to us as "ourselves" is to them "For Rent or Sale."
Of course, the demented people protecting America are much more interested in killing humans including us. Note how niggrdly and slow they were in response to people dying this month in New Orleans. Yawning, scratching themselves, dragging their asses along behind everyone screaming, "Do something!" but in private, they spend a lot of energy and time cooking up interesting ways to murder humans. These efforts are fully funded and are running all over the place, mostly hidden on universities and military bases.
From WNBC news:
Three mice infected with the bacteria responsible for bubonic plague apparently disappeared from a laboratory about two weeks ago, and authorities launched a search though health experts said there was scant public risk.Hahaha! We are safe! Hahaha. Who is the spokesperson for the government anyway, Typhoid Mary?
The mice were unaccounted-for at the Public Health Research Institute, which is on the campus of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and conducts bioterrorism research for the federal government. We are trying to reproduce these plagues so we can unleash them upon humanity while we use the vaccinations to protect ourselves. Reminds me of 9/11 again. Right after 9/11, it slipped out by accident that Bush and his buddies were all injected with anti-anthrax vaccinations and Ari Fleischer blurted out that if the anthrax killer came, Bush was aleady safe.
Federal official said the mice may never be accounted for. Among other things, the rodents may have been stolen, eaten by other lab animals or just misplaced in a paperwork error.
If the mice got outside the lab, they would have already died from the disease, state Health Commissioner Fred Jacobs said.
The possibility of theft prompted the institute to interrogate two dozen of its employees and conduct lie detector tests, The Star-Ledger of Newark reported Thursday.
The FBI said it was investigating. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is also investigating, the newspaper reported.
University officials did not immediately return a call seeking comment Thursday morning.
The mice were injected as part of an inoculation and vaccination experiment, investigators said.
This public announcement was done to signal to the agent within the government who had access to secret anthrax material that it was now OK to attack through the mail and the attack followed this announcement.
Oh, remember him? He is still on the lam, still operational, still lurking. He is never ever ever ever mentioned by the media, our rulers or anyone except for us kooks in blogland.
It looks like similar stuff in New Orleans was released by the floods, too. And other stuff.
&spades From the Guardian:
The oil pollution in the wake of Hurricane Katrina could be among the worst recorded in North America, officials trying to coordinate the clean-up say. The US coastguard, which is responsible for the marine environment, said yesterday more than 6.5 million gallons of crude oil had been spilt in at least seven major incidents. The previous worst spill in US waters was the 11m gallons in Alaskan waters from the Exxon Valdez in 1989.This is much worse than Valdez, actually. It is over a much greater area. It is all over a major city. It is much more churned up, it isn't coming ashore in lumps and masses, it is mixed up with the soil, sand, ocean bottom, farmland, everything. Like Alaska with an egg beater.
"This is a major event," said Lieutenant Colonel Glynn Smith of the coastguard in New Orleans. "Things are going well, but three-quarters of the oil from the spills has not yet been recovered."Our country bristles with all sort of chemicals and toxins and plagues all barely contained. This is why many of us are leery of nuclear power.
The figure does not include petrol and oil spilt from up to 250,000 cars which have been submerged, or that spilt from hundreds of petrol stations. The coastguard says it has received almost 400 reports of spills, the vast majority of which have not been assessed.
Can a crew of careless infantile reckless drunk lunatics run nuclear power plants? Ask Homer Simpson.
